Is there any downtime when I switch to Future Connected Fibre?
We always try to minimise any interruption to your service as we switch you over. But for added peace of mind, if you’re in a Future Connected Fibre cabled area you can choose to keep your existing service until we connect you.
Please note you’ll need to continue paying your current provider if you do this, plus it’s your responsibility to cancel your existing services.
